Emma L. Gaddipati
Associate

Emma Gaddipati is an associate in the firm's Chicago office. Ms. Gaddipati practices primarily in the areas of subrogation recovery and product liability. She has represented clients before various state and federal courts throughout Illinois. Ms. Gaddipati's experience also includes alternative dispute resolution, having successfully represented clients in arbitration and mediation, both voluntary and court ordered.

Ms. Gaddipati received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Political Science from DePaul University in 2005. She graduated from The John Marshall Law School in 2008, where she was a member of the Dean's List, an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Executive Board, the winner of the Dean Fred F. Herzog Moot Court Competition, and the best individual oralist and a finalist in the August A. Rendigs National Products Liability Moot Court Competition.
