Lindsay E. Dansdill
Associate

Lindsay Dansdill is an associate in the firm's Chicago office. Her practice primarily focuses on litigation, representing corporations and insurance companies as both plaintiffs and defendants in jurisdictions throughout the country. Ms. Dansdill also provides counsel to domestic and foreign corporations on a broad range of corporate law matters.

Ms. Dansdill has had extensive involvement in a wide range of complex litigation including successfully defending clients against claims in the areas of product liability, construction defects, and commercial litigation in addition to multi-million dollar class actions. She has also obtained favorable judgments on behalf of clients in cases arising out of product failures, fires and negligence causing extensive property damage in addition to complex transportation law matters.

Ms. Dansdill is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, the State of Nevada, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 2000 and her Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Dansdill was a Senior Editor of the Consumer Law Journal and an editor for the Public Interest Law Society for which she wrote various published articles on topics concerning the public interest.

Ms. Dansdill serves as a volunteer attorney for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services where she provides pro bono services to low income clients on a wide range of legal issues. In 2009, Ms. Dansdill was a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award for her pro bono work.
