Jonathan J. Tofilon
Associate
Jonathan Tofilon is an associate in the firm's Geneva office. He focuses his practice on insurance subrogation, specifically within the areas of product liability, auto collisions and general negligence actions. He is involved in all aspects of litigation, from scene investigations and evidence preservation immediately following a loss, throughout the formal litigation process, including depositions, written discovery, dispositive motions and trial.
Mr. Tofilon is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Judson University in 2005 and Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, at Northern Illinois University in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Tofilon was a member of the Dean's List every semester and served as an editor of the Northern Illinois University Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tofilon clerked for the Honorable Judith M. Brawka, Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Illinois and the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. In his free time, Mr. Tofilon volunteers at Administer Justice, a pro bono law firm serving the indigent in Kane and DuPage counties.
