Kevin M. Murphy
Of Counsel

Kevin Murphy is of counsel in the firm's Geneva office. He joined the firm in 2008 and his civil litigation practice since that time has been focused primarily on subrogation and recovery in products liability matters.

Mr. Murphy received his B.A. in Social Sciences with highest honors from Wheaton College in 1978, and earned his J.D. from the Law School of the University of Chicago in 1981. Mr. Murphy has extensive civil litigation experience, having tried complex commercial disputes both in state circuit courts and in the federal district courts and successfully argued both state and federal appeals. Mr. Murphy has also represented clients in numerous state and federal regulatory proceedings and enforcement actions.
