Todd Harshman
Partner

Todd Harshman is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation, focusing primarily on subrogation and recovery, torts, product liability and unconstitutional takings. Mr. Harshman also has experience in workers' compensation subrogation.

Mr. Harshman received his B.A. in mathematics and his B.A. in economics from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1993. He earned his law degree at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in 2005, where he was Notes Editor for the Hasting Constitutional Law Quarterly.
